Description of the Villas internal layout and facilities

The Private Holiday Villa is split over three levels:

The first floor comprises of two twin bedrooms; the master bedroom with it’s stunning sea views and balcony, fitted wardrobes and is served by an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom is served by the main bathroom and also has twin beds and fitted wardrobes.

Stairs leading down to the comfortably furnished lounge; comprising two sofas, dining room table and chairs, floor standing units and television.

There is a television at the house but it has very limited channels (which at this present time we are unable to alter), a DVD player and a selection of films is provided should you wish to use them.

The luxury kitchen has a built in cooker and hob with extractor unit, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave and toaster. So is completely equipped for all your self-catering needs. Adjacent to the kitchen is the Solana, with drying area and automatic washing machine.

The third bedroom is situated on the lower ground floor level and also has fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room. The Games Room is also on this level.

All the bedrooms and lounge are fully air-conditioned.

Description of the Villas external layout and facilities

Sliding patio doors lead from the lounge onto a split-level terrace. The upper level has patio table and chairs and leads to the lower level with pool and sun loungers.
The pool is heated in winter to a constant 28°.

The views from the terrace are simply breathtaking. With the sea lapping on the rocks immediately beneath you. You have unspoilt views of the island going to your right, the golden sandy beaches of Fuertaventura in the distance and the comings and goings of the yachts and other vessels in front of you. Simply soak up the sun and enjoy!

Please Note - We would recommend car hire, though not strictly necessary, there is much to see on the island. A friendly and reliable management company who arrange a weekly cleaning service and linen change serves the house.

We respectfully advise anyone with a serious disability to question the suitability of this accommodation, due to the layout of the house and the slope leading to the property.
